We have worked at various consultancies full-time and as interns. We have founded own consultancies, work in recruiting agencies, and work in long-term freelance contracts. We see a gap in available junior freelance talent in the market and huge growth opportunities for students with ambition. We are certain that Vantus offers a better paying consulting experience than any management consulting internship worldwide and with project responsibility from day 1.
Nicolas - Project acquisition
I have started my career in telecommunications, and later became partner of the consultancy Mücke-Roth & Company. I co-founded the consultancy Digital Oxygen, co-founded the consultancy Crypto Oxygen and have developed and mediated many freelancers. I have worked as freelance senior expert for many projects, often related to telecommunications.
Lukas - Project acquisition
I have graduated from LMU Munich and have founded the Munich Business and Finance club, where I was responsible for corporate partnerships. I am now the head of Germany for the talent agency Allegro Consulting. I have founded my own consultancy, worked as freelancer and helped others to become freelancers in the consulting industry.
Philipp - Talent identification
I am graduating from the Technical University of Munich in Biotechnology. I am fascinated by student motivation and ambition. I have served in the German military and started as a freelancer in sales. I consistently score within the best sales success rates of my industry.
Daniel - Assessment center
I have graduated from LMU Munich, and with 6 internships in my studies (Stern-Stewart, Simon-Kucher, Deloitte, Crypto Oxygen, Breitenstein, Groh-Möller). I started to work as freelancer for complex projects, M&A deals and virtual powerplants. As a board member of the Munich Business and Finance club, I have trained students for consulting interviews and assessment centers.
