Get-to-know
You will be provided with possible slots for a get-to-know session. You can tell us what you look for in a project and ask us any question you have. We will explain your payment, your assigned Vantus partner and answer all your questions.

Academy
If you decide to become a Vantus freelancer, we will give you access to our academy, where we store everything relevant for freelance management consulting. CV templates, excel and powerpoint master, assessment center preparation and best-behavior in front of clients and colleagues.

Assessment center
Our clients expect quality and we want to make sure you are ready for it. During the in-person assessment center we will challenge you and give you project clearance or tell you the areas you need to improve.

Your project
You decide your project. At your time. In your terms. As a freelancer, you will offer us your available project slots and project expectations. We will update you with fitting projects, as soon as they become available. Our aim is to give you a project max 2 weeks post your desired start date.
